1. General Information

Welcome to Our Linen.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products through our online store www.ourlinen.pt.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Our Linen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force at the time the order is placed.

2. Orders

To place an order, customers must provide accurate and complete information.

After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order.

An order is only considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent by Our Linen.

If payment is not completed within 4 business days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

 

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate.

However, due to the nature of digital displays, colours and textures may vary slightly.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

Due to the natural characteristics of linen, slight variations in texture, colour, or small irregularities may occur and are not considered defects.

 

4. Prices

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT (where applicable), excluding shipping costs.

Our Linen reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

In the event of an obvious pricing error (including technical or typographical errors), Our Linen reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Any additional costs related to payment methods, bank fees, customs duties, or similar charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept major credit and debit cards.

6. Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

In the event that a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, Our Linen will contact the customer to provide an updated delivery estimate or offer the option to cancel the order with a full refund.

7. Shipping & Returns

8. Liability

Our Linen shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruptions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

We are not responsible for indirect damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of opportunity resulting from the use of our products or website.

Products must be used according to their intended purpose. Our Linen is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use.

9. Data Protection

Our Linen processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
